RESIDENT Evil is one of the most popular horror gaming series in the world, and it makes sense that Capcom would be working on more games.
Fans spotted four unreleased Resident Evil games on an online storefront, hinting that a lot more is on the way.

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and Resident Evil 5 are rumoured to get full ground-up remakes.
There’s the possibility of a Resident Evil 0 remaster and of course, a new entry called Resident Evil 9.
While store pages for these games appeared, Capcom had not confirmed any new games for the franchise.
This was until the Capcom Next Summer Showcase, where the company revealed that at least one Resident Evil game was in development.
Koshi Nakanishi said: “We’re making a new Resident Evil. It was really difficult to figure out what to do after 7.
“But I found it, and to be honest it feels substantial. I can’t share any details just yet, but I hope you’re excited for the day I can.”
Nakanishi is the director of Resident Evil 7, which is considered to be one of the best games in the series.
This could suggest that he is now working on Resident Evil 9, as he claims that he was looking for new ideas following this game.
The cover art shown on PlayAsia suggests that Leon Kennedy and Jill Valentine could be the protagonists of the new entry.
However, Nakanishi was also a designer on Resident Evil 5, so he could also be working on the remake.
There will probably be some time before the next Resident Evil game is fully revealed, so we’ll just have to wait for more news.
