Xbox players can’t wait to play eight extra free games including a 93-rated title

EVERY month Xbox players can pick up a bunch of new games, and July’s selection is perfect for indie gamers.

There is a mix of critically acclaimed titles and new releases you can pick up on Xbox, and they are all available on both console and PC.

Eight games are coming to the Xbox Game Pass for Console and Xbox Game Pass for PC tier in the first half of July.

Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can also take advantage of them, but you don’t need to be at this tier in order to play.

The highest-rated game that will be added in July is The Case of the Golden Idol, which has a huge 93 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic.

This is a detective game where you can investigate freely to determine exactly how 12 people perished in one town.

Another highly-rated game coming to Game Pass this month is the 89-rated Neon White.

This is a super fast-paced FPS in which you collect Soul Cards to use different attacks and grab new movement options.

There are a few upcoming games but players are particularly excited for Flock, a relaxing game with co-op play.

Fly around the world and identify the many creatures that inhabit the world while building your flock.
